Me as a teacher

I am a Research Program Director (Future of Work) and a University Lecturer at the Department of Management at Aalto University School of Business and a researcher at the School of Science, DIEM.​

I am an experienced researcher and trainer. I’ve been working as a researcher in several large Academy of Finland funded research projects focusing on for example wellbeing at work, people management and its various roles and gender inequalities.​ I’m also the chair of the The Finnish Association of Work Life Research (FAWORE).

My own current research includes themes such as the impact of artificial intelligence, remote work dynamics, organizational transformations, human-centered work design, future work skills and learning, and workforce diversity and inclusion.
